Dr. Alison Stawicki

I earned my DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2008. Prior to going to dental school, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. While in dental school, I was selected for an HPSP (Health Professions Scholarship Program) through the United States Navy. Upon graduation from dental school, I went to Newport Rhode Island to complete Officer’s Indoctrination School with the rank of Lieutenant in the United States Navy. I completed a 1-year residency in an AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) while stationed in San Diego on active duty. I was fortunate to get my first choice for my follow-on duty station in Yokosuka, Japan. I enjoyed 3 exciting years serving in the Navy and traveling the beautiful country of Japan and surrounding areas. In 2012, I transitioned to the Naval Reserves. I continue to serve today as a Commander in the United States Naval Reserves Dental Corps.

I love living in Northern Michigan and am grateful to have joined a wonderful and caring team here at East Bay Family Dentistry.

Shari – Front Desk Specialist

I have been in Dentistry for over 35+years. As a Front Desk Specialist, I get the opportunity to help patients in many different ways-from scheduling appointments, to all your financial and insurance questions. I enjoy making the process as smooth as possible. I joined East Bay Family Dentistry in 2014. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my time fishing and hunting with my family.

Kristin – Hygienist

I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula. I graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene and later included expanded functions in local anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide. I moved to Traverse City where I have been practicing Hygiene for the past 35 years, joining East Bay Family Denistry in 2014. I have three daughters, Lora and twins Jaden and Kendal. We love spending our free time at our cabin in the U.P.

Tuki – Hygienist

I have been practicing dental hygiene for the last 20+ years after graduating from Ferris State University in 2002. I grew up in the small Northern Michigan town of Tustin and have recently relocated to the beautiful area of Traverse City. I have been lucky enough to have joined the great team at East Bay Family Dentistry where everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I love working with people and getting to meet and get to know my patients while taking care of their dental needs. When I’m not working I enjoy golfing, reading, baking, going to the beach and just spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog, Emmie.
