Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If no payments have been made by the insurance company by the end of a 45-day grace period the balance will be transferred to your responsibility and to be paid in full. You may then work with your insurance company to be reimbursed. All balances are due upon receipt and may be subject to a service fee for accounts over 30-days. We may release your personal information necessary to process your claim and we may dispute your insurance claim on your behalf to obtain coverage for treatment. We want you to receive the maximum benefit of your dental insurance. Please bring your insurance card and picture ID to your first appointment.
